As you can see that is Air Bud dunking on Shaquille O’Neal as Dennis Rodman looks on in horror and Barack Obama looks on in delight. Those are the good people of North Korea behind them; they are sad when they are near Rodman and they are happy when they are closer to Obama. The background is Atari’s Breakout and, for no apparent reason, an overlay layer of the moon.
